How to Stake Your Tokens

Staking allows you to earn passive income on your tokens with a base APY of 5%, and even more if you boost your staking power using Booster Packs.

1. Visit the Staking Platform

2. Connect Your Wallet

Click “Connect Wallet” and approve the connection using your preferred wallet (e.g. MetaMask).

3. Understand Staking APY

• Base APY: 5%

• You can stake tokens immediately and earn 5% APY by default

• To increase your APY, you’ll need to purchase Booster Packs

4. Purchase HUGS Tokens

Each Booster Pack (Crate) costs 10,000 HUGS.

5. Buy a Booster Pack (Crate)

Once you have enough HUGS:

1. Click the Crate icon

2. Purchase a Booster Pack

3. Opening a crate gives you one random item, ranging from Common → Legendary

7. Equip Your Items

1. Go to Inventory

2. Click on an item

3. Select Equip

4. Once the item is equipped, it will appear in the top and have Equipped on the item

5. Once you have equipped all your items, press Save to save your load out.

Equipment Slots

• 10 total slots

  • 9 slots: Booster items from crates

  • 1 special slot: Reserved for a future announcement 👀

Once the items is successfully loaded up, It will appear on your screen and your APY % will update.

8. Stake Your Tokens

Once your items are equipped:

1. Navigate to Staking

2. Enter the amount of tokens you want to stake

3. Click Stake

4. Confirm the transaction in your wallet

🎉 After confirmation:

• Your tokens and items are staked

• You begin earning passive income automatically

9. Updating Your Stake

To update your earnings or change equipment:

• Unstake

• Re-equip items if needed

• Re-stake
